Bulls Fight But Fall Short
The Chicago Bulls kept the game competitive for three quarters. They led 53-52 at halftime and remained within striking distance. Matas Buzelis topped the Bulls' scoring with 15 points. Guerschon Yabusele battled hard on the boards, securing 13 rebounds alongside his 11 points. Isaac Okoro and Jalen Smith each contributed 12 points before Smith had to leave the game due to a calf injury.
The Bulls played without Anfernee Simons, who was sidelined with a wrist injury. Jaden Ivey also remained out due to knee issues.
Knicks Roll On
New York outscored Chicago 22-21 in the final quarter. The Knicks tightened their defense when it mattered most. With a record of 37-21, they sit third in the Eastern Conference and appear to have bounced back from their struggles earlier in the season.
