Quarterback Spencer Rattler made several decent throws and running back Alvin Kamara put in a strong effort, but the defense was unable to contain big plays from the opposition. The Saints need to devise strategies to halt their opponents before their situation deteriorates further.

28. Jets (0-3)

In a closely contested match, the Jets lost narrowly to Tampa Bay, with a final score of 29–27. Running back Breece Hall demonstrated effective running, but the absence of Justin Fields has left the passing game lacking. The New England Patriots endured a 21–14 loss against Pittsburgh; however, there were glimpses of promise. Rookie quarterback Drake Maye threw two touchdown passes and displayed resilience. Although the Patriots remain inconsistent, Maye offers a glimmer of hope for the team's future.

22. Cowboys (1-2)

The Dallas Cowboys faced an embarrassing defeat, losing 31–14 to Chicago. Quarterback Dak Prescott struggled to generate momentum, and the defense had no effective strategy for containing Caleb Williams. The Cowboys possess talent, yet they must play with greater consistency. Additionally, wide receiver CeeDee Lamb sustained a high ankle sprain; without him, the Cowboys risk dropping even further in the rankings.

21. Panthers (1-2)
